'B' Litter The proud parents ~ Bach and Mary |
The second litter (the "B" litter) of the Really Irish kennel was born during a nice
spring weekend - 28th-29th May 2005. Mary gave us a wonderful litter of 12
puppies, 5 boys and 7 girls, all dark brindle or black. The litter was born at home of Mary's owner, Lenka Parizkova and her family, and I can never thank them enough for all that they did for "my" litter. There are no words to describe all the love, attention and care that they gave to the puppies. I spent the first three weeks with the puppies, and later some weekends too, but most of the work was done by Lenka, her boyfriend Petr and the whole family. Dear friends, thank you very much! The puppies' names were chosen when they were very young: The proud parents were our Mary and Pergentino Pimentel dei Mangialupi, a young male from a famous Italian kennel, bred by Daniela and Marcello Poli and owned by Gianni and Rossana Cigliani. Pergentino is a big, strong male with a nice head, deep chest and good angulation. He moves well, and is a real gentleman with a perfect character. He is very successful in the show ring, and by the age of two was Interchampion, Italian Champion, Club champion, Austrian Double champion, Best in Group, 11x CACIB, 15x CAC, 14x BOB, etc |

Etar is the much loved, only dog in the household of Ing Klimaszevky and his family,
so he has all the love and attention he could want. As a puppy he showed a
talent for hunting, so we hope one day to meet him at a coursing event. |

BAIRTLEMÉAD Really Irish - Bart- Sex: male Colour: black with white marks Owner: Nada Kastakova, Trnava, Slovakia Died: 2 March 2006 |
We lost our dear Bart at the age of only nine months in a car accident. We would
like to say a big thank you to Nada, his owner: "Thank you Nada, for all the love and care you gave to Bart. Thank you for staying
with him to the last moment. We're so grateful that his short life was so happy,
thanks to you." |
BARUCH BARUC Really Irish - Baruch - Sex: male Colour: black with a small white mark Owner: Originally, Dr. Ladislav Kozený, Kolín, Czech Republic From Nov.06: Pavel & Martina Jansovi, Olomouc, Czech Rep. |
From 3 to 18 months, Baruch lived happily Dr Kozeny and his family in Kolin, together
with two deerhounds and Shadowline Sagittarius - a wolfhound of same age.
In this pack of two adult and two adolescent males, Baruch tried to be "alpha",
causing conflict among the dogs, so his owners decided to find him a new home.
We were soon successful, and Baruch moved to the Jansa family of Olomouc, were
he is the only one, which seems to be perfect for him. He is a very good companion
and friend and we look forward to meeting him in 2007 at lure course meetings,
which he loves. Thank you to Dr. Kozeny family for the love and care that you gave Baruch and many thanks for allowing us to help when it became necessary. In March 2007 Baruch obtained his breeding certificate and is now a stud dog. |

BENDIGEIDFRAN Really Irish - James - Sex: male Colour: black with white marks Owner: Dr. Rydel, Hradec Kralove, Czech Republic |
James is the long awaited companion of Dr. Rydel's family. He was the clown of the
litter, always happy, and from the photos it certainly looks as though now he's
the clown of his new family. It's clear that he's still as happy as he was during
his puppyhood. |

Oiva was chosen for Sussu as the best male in the litter because she plans to show
him and to use him at stud. In the meantime though, he has a perfect life
with Sussu, Jani, and their beautiful wolfhound lady Miina. At one year old
he was tested for PRA and the result is perfect. And just as perfect was his result
at a show in Rovaniemi, where he got his first CC! |
BRES MAC ELATHA Really Irish - Oiva - Sex: male Colour: brindle Owner: Maria-Susanna Hämeenniemi & Jani Nampajärvi, Karsamaki , Finland Debitus Irish Wolfhounds |

BEN - VARREY Really Irish - Benva - Sex: female Colour: black with white marks Owner: Ing Pavla Uzlová, Mirosov, Czech Republic |
We are very proud to say that Benva is living as a member of the successful Paluduz
kennel, together with her three wolfhound and two deerhound friends. We hope
that one day she will collect as many prestigious show titles as Pavla's other
dogs. In March 2007 Benva was awarded her breeding certificate, and in June 2007 she became the first Really Irish Czech Champion, at the age of just 2 years and 3 months! |

BENDITH Y MAMAU Really Irish - Zai - Sex: fe male Colour: brindle Owner: Mayi Sola, San Sebastian, Spain |
Zai lives far away in Spanish highlands, just 30 km from the coast. Her friends are
not only the members of her family - Mayi, her husband and two children, but
also a fox terrier, a border collie and a number of wonderful horses. When she
grows up she will run with horses, as free as the wind . . . |

BLAITHIN Really Irish - Blaithin - Sex: female Colour: brindle Owner: Mrs. Dosoudilova, Hnevotin, Czech Republic |
Blaithin lives very close to her birthplace - she moved only 3 km away to another
village. She lives with an five year old wolfhound lady, who is going to heave
a hard job teaching her all the important things a wolfhound girl needs to know,
because Blaitin is as full of energy as Baboo . . . |

BLODEUWEDD Really Irish - Diva - Sex: female Colour: brindle Owner: Roxana Robitz, Veresegyház, Hungary Ádh Mór Irish Wolfhounds Died: 4 June 2008 |
Diva lived in Hungary with our friend Roxana, her brother and little male pumi named
Bozo. She was a beautiful girl, and as we hoped she had a successful show career
in her short life. |

BLOODY MARY Really Irish - Mary - Sex: female Colour: brindle Owner: Linda Jenik, Vienna, Austria |
Little Mary has a big family. Not only does she live with her owner Linda and her
son, but also with a female cross-breed Lisa, a rabbit, a hamster, a turtle .
. . She was bought as a pet to make her family happy, but she is growing into such
a nice girl that we decided to take her to some shows too. On 15 June 2008 Mary gave birth to a litter of six puppies. |

Baboo is the big love of her owner's life. She is a devil, with a deep seated urge
to hunt, who loves to bark and to chew whatever she can find . . . But in spite
of all this, she is a great companion and friend, always happy and ready to
make you smile. She not only loves coursing but also classical racing, so
we hope to see her next year at some racing events. |
BAOBHAN SITH Really Irish - Baboo - Sex: female Colour: dark brindle Owner: Ing Arch David Jaros, Prague, Czech Republic |

BROLLACHAN Really Irish - McKenna - Sex: female Colour: brindle Owner: Paul and Anne Vaudin, Guernsey, Channel Islands |
Because of import restrictions to the British Isles, McKenna stayed in the
Czech Republic until April 2006 when she moved to the Channel Islands to
meet her new family and their three wolfhounds, Darcy, Branigan and Hogan. We are
sure that she will have as good a life with them as any wolfhound could imagine. |
