Anna Vydra B & G
Anna was born on 13 June 2006 in Croatia, a daughter of our Vincent and a lovely Slovenian bitch, Vianho Dama.

How she came to us is quite a long story. When her breeders visited to use Vincent at stud, Mr Hradil asked me what he should charge for the mating, and because at that time Nada had just lost Bart I suggested that we have a puppy from the litter for her. Meanwhile, Nada decided to have Fitzgerald of Beltine . . . BUT! on our visit to the Beltine kennel we met and very much admired a great dog, Braveheart of Beltine, and because he is Anna's grandfather, we decided to keep the spoken-for puppy ourselves.

Jelena, the breeder, sent me some photos soon after the litter's birth, and among the puppies I immediately found my love - a dark brindle female with a white nose. We had seen just such a nose on Vincent's brother, Boza, so we knew where this unusual marking had come from!

Anna very quickly formed a close friendship both with Ibella and with us. Besides the white nose she has another striking feature - she is ALWAYS talking or singing! I don't think it's typical wolfhound behaviour, and at first it worried me as I wasn't sure what it meant, but now I know that she is just a talkative girl! :-)
